Plant Engineer

• Oversee all plant maintenance operations and ensure that all factory machinery and plant facilities are serviced and in working order in line with international standards and best practices. The job holder is additionally in charge of uninterrupted and cost-effective availability of infrastructure, equipment and planning of utilities & spares for operation.
• Continuously drive and develop the autonomous and preventive maintenance work streams through relevant Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Continuously develop and implement the maintenance management manual which includes but not limited to standard operating procedures and workflows.
• Conduct root cause analyses for failures of plant facilities and equipment. Ensure timely resolution of all issues and assist team members to implement all changes.
• Responsible for overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) across plant operations and maintaining an agreed OEE operations target.
• Maintain an efficient and safe working environment for all employees whilst overseeing compliance with statutory regulations including Environment, Health & Safety norms & guidelines.
• Prepare and submit management reports as per schedules.
• Plan and manage all CAPEX and OPEX projects within agreed budgets, timelines and any additional KPIs.
• Manage relationships and performance management of third party service providers.
• Lead, manage and develop a high performing team.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field from a recognised institution.
• Registration with the Licensing Board of Engineering.
• At least 8 year's experience in facilities management; of which a minimum of 5 years management experience role in an FMCG environment.
• Experience in implementing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
